This is one of the make & take projects at my February workshops. It uses the Sale-a-bration stamp set called Congrats.
We stamped the background with a stamp from the Sweet Stems set. Two of the other stamps in this set were used on the main image. The border is done with the NEW Eyelet Border Punch!!! We colored the images with ink pads and blender pens. The Mini Library Clip on the edge just wraps the whole thing up.
