This was one of our club projects back in November. We used the Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags and created these amazing gift card holders.
How to:
*Place the bottom of the bag along the 3" line of your Stampin' Trimmer and score.
*Fold this up to create the double pouch, one for the greeting and one for the gift card.
*Cut a piece of Whisper White and one of the patterns from the Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum to 4-3/4 x 2-1/2, layer them together and attach to the front of the folded up bag where shown.
*Stamp the "making spirits bright" greeting from the Among the Branches set and crop with the 2" Circle Punch. Add this to a 2-3/8 Scallop Circle cropped from our Silver Foil Sheets.
*Lay a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive across the printed vellum and add a strip of the White Glitter Ribbon, then tie a piece of Silver Cording Trim around the whole thing to keep it closed.
Cut a piece of Whisper White to 4-5/8 x 4, use the Curvy Corner Trio Punch on two of the corners on one of the long sides. Stamp your greetings in Night of Navy. I chose the "Merry Christmas" greeting from the Flurry of Wishes stamp set and the other two fun greetings from the B.Y.O.P. stamp set designed specifically with gift card giving in mind.
