Whew, I finished them. I made 45 of this card for my swaps and it seemed to take forever. They have been mailed out and now I sit and wait for the other wonderful projects to be returned to me.

I absolutely love this card (can I say that and not sound full of myself!!). This is one of my all time favorite color combos. I used Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Regal Rose. I got the Z fold idea from a card that I demo’d in my Christmas workshops last year. I used the SAB set called So Many Scallops and another one called Lots of Thoughts. Both of these sets will be available to you to earn FREE starting next month when the Sale-A-Bration catalog begins. I added the trio of flowers from a new set called One of A Kind and the trio of flowers was designed to be punched out with the new Boho Blossoms punch……..LOVE THIS PUNCH!!!
This is one of the elements on the card. Let me say that as a demonstrator, it is my job to know what is in my catalog. However, I had no idea that the Punches Plus Brass Template existed, it was introduced in the Fall-Winter catalog and I never saw it!!! It is shown on page 187 in the current catalog. I stumbled upon it by accident and did you know that it not only dry embosses the shapes of some of our punches but it has piercing templates around the shapes!!!! When I saw that, I knew I HAD to have ths template. It was effortless piercing around the large circle punch on this element. You NEED this template!!!!
Here is another element of this card. The flower scallop was inked up in So Saffron and then I rolled the edges of it in the Regal Rose ink. The technique is called Rock and Roll. Then I punched it out with the Scallop Circle punch. I also stamped the same image in Certainly Celery. The middle of the scallop flower was punched out with the 1" punch and then the celery image was placed behind it, add a few scraps of celery ribbon behind everything. I stamped the trio of flowers with the Regal Rose ink and punched out the baby scallop with the Boho Blossoms Punch, add a So Saffron brad and this element is done.
