The rest of the projects, Gift Card Tin, Money Holder and Package Tags

Tomorrow is the last day to take advantage of my Cyber Monday Special and the Holiday Extravaganza Sale.  You can combine both specials!!

Here are the rest of the Projects that we created at Friday's class.  I will start out by showing you close up shots of the bags shown HERE.

Kraftbag09 Kraftbag09close
This was a plain Kraft gift bag and we wheeled the Bold Snowflake wheel with white and added the focal point using the Oval Scallop Frame Bigz die and the Big Shot.  We used Real Red and Chocolate Chip card stock.  The main image was stamped once in Real Red and once in Old Olive.  The red image was cut and popped up on the Old Olive image.  We added the Vanilla Hodgepodge frame.

Christmascocoabag

Each of these bags were made with two sheets of the Christmas Cocoa Designer Series paper so each person had a different pattern.  I added a Scallop Edge border to the top one and the Eyelet Border to the one on the bottom.  The top one has punched out Jumbo Snowflakes and the bottom one uses the Delightful Decorations stamp set and the Ornament punch.

Lovelyasatreemoneyholder Lovelyasatreemoneyholderin

A money holder for those nieces and nephews that I have no idea what to buy!!!  The tree is from the ever popular and still-in-the-catalog set called Lovely as a Tree.  I inked it up in Handsome Hunter and added some Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to it with my Two Way Glue pen.  The greeting is from a hidden set in the catalog called Christmas Greetings shown on page 28 and again in the back on page 175.  It is a two piece set and it is only $10.95.  The strip of Designer Series Paper is from the Nouveau Chic pack, not the most holiday themed paper but it worked beautifully for this project.  I added some White Organdy and Sage Shadow ribbons and the White Large Grommet finishes it off.  The dimensions are 8 1/2 x 7, score on the long side at 2 and 5 1/4.

Twotags09

Two gift tags.  The white one was done with the Two Tags Bigz die and the Sweet Season stamp set.  The strip of Designer Series Paper is from the Merry Moments pack.  The Olive Taffeta ribbon is from the Mistletoe Ribbon Originals in the Holiday Mini Catalog.

The Merry tag is done with the Merry Embosslit also in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  I sponged a bit of Brocade Blue ink over the raised "merry" to make it pop.  The snowflakes are from the level 2 hostess set called Christmas Punch.  A bit of Elastic Silver Cord finished it off.

And the final project…uses a Peach Fresca Can!!!!!  Congratulations to Angela R who was the first commenter and was absolutely correct and Patti as my random winner, you did not have to be right to win. :-)  You will both receive a couple of these die cut snowflakes from Soda Cans.

This is a Gift Card Tin.  These Skinny Tins are perfect to hold gift cards and are on the Clearance Rack for only .99 cents, you can't beat that price!!

We started by stamping the triple poinsettia image from Punch Pals in Versamark on the front of the tin, cover it with Silver Embossing powder and heat set.  The inside panels are Taken with Teal, a piece of the Holiday Lounge Designer Series paper holds the gift card .

I have a video HERE showing how I cut the pop can with our Craft & Rubber Scissors and ran it through the Big Shot with the Snowflake die.  I hope you enjoy it!!

  1. Your bags are fabulous. I love creating bags with DSP. I usually only use one sheet – how did you make these using 2 sheets? They are bigger than the ones I create and I like that.
    Thanks
