Due to my vacation earlier this month, I wasn't able to order my Thinlints Card Dies until the 12th. I got them and had fun creating this flip card for my Be a Big Shot at Home Class this month. I have been running this class since November of 2010. The participants receive a package of supplies each month for four months and at the end of the four months, each participant receives a $150 Shopping Spree from me. Round seven of this class will start in November and we would love to have YOU join us.

I designed this card to open from top to bottom rather than side to side as I wanted to use the "thankful" Expressions Thinlits Die for my greeting, this set of dies is shown in the Holiday Catalog on page 36. I love how striking the color combo is, I chose the colors with the help of my new & improved Color Coach (see it Online).
The leaf image is from the Wonderfall set (order it in Clear #128087 or Wood #131949) and I inked it up in Summer Starfruit and then added the edging with my Cajun Craze Stampin' Write Marker.
The 2-1/2 Circle Punch fit perfectly in the center of the circle created by the die. I also added an Island Indigo Scallop (included in the Circle Card Thinlits Die set) to the front and used my Circles Collection Framelits for the Summer Starftuit circle that I wrote my message on.
I attached the "thankful" phrase and chevrons (included with the Circle Card Thinlits Die set) with tiny dots of Multiprupose Liquid Adhesive. The cards measure 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 when folded so they fit in our standard medium envelopes.
