My card today uses a couple of products from the Sale-a-bration Brochure. The Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Simply Wonderful stamp set.
Add a few drops of Lost Lagoon Ink to a Stampin' Spritzer filled with 70% rubbing alcohol. Cut a piece of the Irresistibly Yours Paper to 3-1/2 x 5 and spritz it with Lost Lagoon ink mixture, let it dry and wipe off the excess ink with a paper towel. Attach this to the front of one of the Note Cards.
Punch a 2×3 piece of Whisper White with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and add the two greetings as shown. Use the Hello Honey Stampin' Write Marker to ink the swirly image on the congrats stamp and stamp it above the greetings, repeat and stamp below the greetings.
Punch three small flowers out of Whisper white and add a rhinestone to the center of each one, add to the tag. Tie the twine into a bow through the hole in the tag, attach the tag to the front of the card.
