I started with a piece of Basic Black card stock that measures 6 1/2 x 4 1/2. I used my Simply Scored Tool to score it at 1 3/4 and 4 3/4 and fold it together.
The paper on the front is from the Pick Your Poison Designer Series Paper in the Holiday Mini Catalog and the stamped image is from the Gift Givers set also in the Holiday Mini.
The tag is created by the Two Tags Bigz Die and my Big Shot Machine. and I added the Basic Gray Satin and Basic Black 1/8 Taffeta Ribbon as a pull tab. Get your Ribbon Shares here.
