VIDEO – Color Fusers April 2020 Blog Hop

Welcome to the Color Fusers April Blog Hop. This month we are using Soft Sea Foam, Granny Apple Green, Balmy Blue and Blueberry Bushel in our projects.  I am using the BRAND NEW Ornate Style and Ornate Thanks stamp sets from the Ornate Garden Suite Collection.  My card uses a fun technique called Spotlighting.  I have a video below showing you how to do it.  My card base is Blueberry Bushel, one of five of the 2018-2020 In Colors that will be retiring when the NEW Catalog comes out!  I added a strip of the gingham print DSP in Blueberry Bushel under  my focal point.
I also added some of our Basic Adhesive Backed Sequins in Soft Sea Foam along with a small bow tied with the 1/8" Blueberry Bushel Ribbon that is also retiring.
Close up of the spotlighting technique. I used the Granny Apple Green and Balmy Blue Stampin' Blend markers to color the images and added some bold detail with the Blueberry Bushel Stampin' Write Marker.
I also used the Ornate Thanks stamp set to add a sentiment to the inside of the card.  A bit of that large image in the corners finished off the inside nicely.
