My video today shows the technique called the Drapery Fold or the Curtain Fold as the pleats in the DSP mimic folds in draperies. All you need is a 4" x 11 1/2" piece of Designer Series Paper, your Stamin' Trimmer and some adhesive. I have created three cards using three of the patterns in the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper Pack. I also added a little sneak peek of the Detailed Trio Punch that will be available in the new catalog. 🙂
I wrapped some of our Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon around the front of the card for some added interest.
The Pearlized Doilies are the perfect accent for cards created with this DSP because the DSP also has some pearlized accents.
You can see that I used the Detailed Trio Punch on the bottom right corner of the card and added a strip of coordinating cardstock to the inside so the fun detail shows through to the front.

Gorgeous card on the video! I have always wanted to make one of these drapery fold ones and no idea why I haven’t. So, I guess I have no excuse now! I also like the card in the other colors. I will be watching the video using that diagonal piece also and the shirt card too. Great videos by the way!
