Balloon Pop Up Wiper Card, how much fun does this sound? It is tons of fun and super easy too. Check out my video to see how much fun this interactive card is. It is also simple to create a Wiper Card so that makes it even more fun! AND when you add pop up balloons in Glimmer Paper, it's even better!! Here's the first Wiper Card I made. I made it for a swap and the gals loved it.
This first picture is of it closed. It's cute but nothing special…..scroll down to the next photo.

Here it is with the balloons coming out of the top. The card acts like windshield wipers. up, down, up, down, up, down, they are so so cool!!!

Here's a closeup of the balloons, I used the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits Dies and cropped balloons from Watermelon Wonder (Heads up, this is one of the colors that will be retiring at the end of May with the current catalog.), Pool Party and coordinating bows, one out of Peekaboo Peach.

The polka dot papers are from the 2015-2017 and 2016-2018 In Color Paper Stacks and check out the little strip of Pool Party in the center section. I stamped it a few times with the Happy Birthday stamp in the Balloon Adventures stamp set.
