My friend's birthday is this month and I never wrap her birthday present in Christmas wrap so I pulled out some Designer Series Paper and made this tag and belly band to go around the box.
I started with a pattern from the Everyday Chic Designer Series Paper pack, cut the width I needed and wrapped it around the box securing it with our Tear & Tape Adhesive.
I then wrapped some of our Bermuda Bay Thick Baker's Twine around a couple of times and tied it in a bow. For the tag, I used one of our large Gold Foil Metallic Doilies and added a 2-1/2 Circle Punch stamped with the "just for you" greeting from the Watercolor Words set. I added a couple of banners cut from Gold Glimmer Paper and the diagonal stripe pattern in the Neutrals Paper Stack under the greeting.
For the fringes under the banners, I cut two strips from the Bermuda Bay sheet in the Cherry on Top Cotton Paper and snipped and curled the ends. Hope she likes it!!
